A gentler alternative to microdermabrasion, the ultrasonic skin spatula uses safe, gentle, low-frequency ultrasonic waves of up to 28,000 cycles per second.  Ultrasonic cavitation alters the structure of the lipid by-layer of the stratum corneum, breaking down the fats and oils, flushing them to the surface for removal and eradicating dead skin cells.
